Generate the Outstanding Sales Orders report to view current open sales orders, delivery addresses, and product details for selected branches.

> 📝 - Branch number you want to report on
> 📝 - PDF viewer to access completed reports

## Steps

1. Click the **Report Category Listing** icon from the top middle section of the Frameworks screen.
2. Expand the **Sales** section to view the reports available from within that category.
3. Click **Outstanding Sales Orders** to open the Report Runner window.
4. From the **Output Type** drop-down menu, select **PDF**.
5. In the **Branch Number** field, enter your branch number and click the **Search** button to search for available branches.
6. In the **Show Orders** field, select **Yes** to include delivery addresses in the report, or select **No** to exclude them.
7. In the **Product Details** field, select **Yes** to include product details in the report, or select **No** to exclude them.

## Result

The Report Runner window closes and the report runs in the background. When complete, you receive a notification that the report has run. Click the notification to open the PDF report in your browser.
