Overview The Points of Sale (POS) screen allows you quickly and easily convert sales into a Sales Order. Cash Sales  are NOT able to be converted into a sales order. A customer must be added into Frameworks. How to create an Order from POS To create a sales order from POS, perform the following: Click  then navigate to  Sales > Transaction Processing > Point of Sale  from the navigation tree. If required click the  New Sale  button at the bottom of the screen. Once all products have been entered, enter and complete the  Delivery Details  tab. Go back to the  Product Entry  tab, click   and then  . For Cash Customers , an order created in POS requires the company defined minimum deposit to be paid before the order can be created. The  Tendering Payments  window will pop up allowing you to tender the deposit as required. Refer to the  Deposit % Required  field in  Company Maintenance  to set the minimum deposit. You will be prompted with a  Confirmation  window advising the order has been created and the order number. Click   to be taken to the newly created order.
