Customer Price Book Schedules automate the delivery of price lists to customers at regular intervals. Use this to set up scheduled price book delivery including the format, frequency, and recipient email address.

> 📝 - Access to Special Pricing module
> 📝 - Administrator permissions for Customer Price Books
> 📝 - Customer ID for the customer receiving the price book
> 📝 - Recipient email address for price book delivery
> 📝 - Decision on price book format, frequency, and type (full or incremental)

## Steps

1. Click the **Frameworks Menu** and navigate to **Special Pricing > Maintenance > Customer Price Books**, or type **Customer Price Books** in the search.
2. Click **New** to add a new price book schedule.
3. In the **Customer Id** field, enter the customer ID or click the **Search** button to search for the customer.
4. From the **Full or Incremental** drop-down menu, select the price book type.
5. From the **Frequency** drop-down menu, select how often the price book will be sent.
6. In the **Price Book Recipient Email** field, enter the email address of the recipient.
7. Click **Save** to create the price book schedule.

## Result

The customer price book schedule is created and will automatically send price books to the recipient email address at the selected frequency. If you need to send a price book immediately, click **Send New Price Book** after saving the schedule.
