# Editing a Mighty Rewards Account

To edit the customer details of a Mighty Rewards card, complete the following steps.

## 1. Navigate to the Mighty Rewards Card Maintenance Screen

1. Click the **Frameworks Menu** and navigate to **Sales > Mighty Rewards > Mighty Rewards Card Maintenance** from the navigation tree.

## 2. Search for the Customer

1. In the Search Options section, enter a search criteria in one or more of the following fields:
  1. **Phone Number**
  2. **Post Code**
  3. **Last Name**
  4. **Card Number**

> ℹ️ Only the **Card Number** field will look up accounts in the **DCA Database**.

2. Click **Find** to update the results grid.
3. Click the customer's **Card Number** hyperlink to view the account details.

## 3. Update the Required Details

1. Click the **Edit** command button at the bottom of the screen.
2. In the **Account Details** section, update the details as required.

3. Click **Save** to update the customer's details in Frameworks and the DCA Database.

# Replacing a Mighty Rewards Card

To replace a Mighty Rewards card, complete the following steps.

## 1. Navigate to the Mighty Rewards Card Maintenance Screen

1. Click the **Frameworks Menu** and navigate to **Sales > Mighty Rewards > Mighty Rewards Card Maintenance** from the navigation tree.

## 2. Search for the Customer

1. In the Search Options section, enter a search criteria in one or more of the following fields:
  1. **Phone Number**
  2. **Post Code**
  3. **Last Name**
  4. **Card Number**

> ℹ️ Only the **Card Number** field will look up accounts in the **DCA Database**.

2. Click **Find** to update the results grid.
3. Click the customer's **Card Number** hyperlink to view the account details.

## 3. Replace the Card Number

1. Click the **Replace Card** button.
2. In the **New Card Number** field, enter the new Mighty Rewards card number.
3. Click **Save** to update the customer's account to the new card number.

> ℹ️ The old card number will be displayed in the **Other Cards** field and can still be used when searching for the Mighty Rewards account.
