There are two ways to maintain a time sheet entry. To maintain a time sheet entry, complete either of the following:

## Maintaining a Time Log through Time Sheet Entry

To maintain a time log through [Time Sheet Entry](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28388398), complete the following:

1. Click the **Frameworks Menu** and navigate to **WorkOrders** > **Time Sheet Entry** from the navigation tree.
2. Enter the necessary **User** details and date range into the search fields and click **Find** to return a list of time sheet entries.
3. Click the **User** hyperlink to populate the fields at the bottom of the **Time Sheet Entry** screen and edit the details.

> ⚠️ **Warning:** A time sheet entry can only be maintained if it has not yet been marked as complete. This also applies to entries imported via the [Time Sheet Export / Import](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/785612801) utility — entries imported with the **Complete** field set to **Y** cannot be edited after import.

4. Edit the necessary details and click **Save** to save the changes.

### Maintaining a Time Log through Work Order Maintenance

To maintain a time log through [Work Order Maintenance](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28392352), complete the following:

1. Click the **Frameworks Menu** and navigate to **WorkOrders** > **Work Orders** from the navigation tree.
2. Enter the necessary details into the search fields and click **Find** to return a list of work orders. Click the hyperlink to open [Work Order Maintenance](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28392352).
3. Find the relevant entry **Line** with **Type**: **LogTime** and click the **Line** hyperlink to open the **Log Time** window.

> ⚠️ **Warning:** A time sheet entry can only be maintained if it has not yet been marked as complete.

> ℹ️ **Info:** Click the **Type** header to sort the lines based on type and find the relevant time sheet entry more easily. Refer to [Advanced Grid Features](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/fwksproau/pages/30509842) for more information.

4. Edit the necessary details and click **Save** to save your changes.

## Deleting a Time Sheet Entry

To delete a time sheet entry, complete the following:

1. Click the **Frameworks Menu** and navigate to **WorkOrders** > **Time Sheet Entry** from the navigation tree.
2. Enter the necessary **User** details and date range into the search fields and click **Find** to return a list of time sheet entries.
3. Click the **User** hyperlink to populate the fields at the bottom of the **Time Sheet Entry** screen.
4. Click **Delete** to remove the time sheet entry.

> ⚠️ **Warning:** A time sheet entry can only be deleted if it has not yet been marked as complete.
