# Overview

<span style="color: #333333">The </span>**Accept/Reject Quotes **<span style="color: #333333">process allows you to select a number of quotes for a Job and either accept or reject/void the quotes.</span>

> ℹ️ Only Quotes that have been marked as **Entry Complete** and have not expired can be accepted.

# How to Accept or Reject Multiple Job Quotes.

To a<span style="color: #172b4d">ccept or reject multiple job quotes at one time</span>, perform the following:

1. <span style="color: #333333">Click the </span><span style="color: #333333">**Frameworks Menu**</span><span style="color: #333333"> and navigate to </span><span style="color: #333333">**Sales > Transaction Processing > **</span>**Projects **<span style="color: #333333">from the</span>** **<span style="color: #333333">navigation tree.</span>
2. <span style="color: #333333">Select the project you wish to view by clicking the appropriate </span><span style="color: #333333">**Project ID**</span><span style="color: #333333"> hyperlink or narrow your search by Project No, Customer No and/or Description, then click </span><span style="color: #333333">**Find**</span><span style="color: #333333">.</span>
3. <span style="color: #333333">Click the Job</span><span style="color: #333333">** Number**</span><span style="color: #333333"> hyperlink to view the required </span><span style="color: #333333">**Job Details.**</span>
4. <span style="color: #333333">Click the  </span><span style="color: #333333">**Accept/Reject Quote **</span><span style="color: #333333">button to open the </span><span style="color: #333333">**Accept/Reject Quotes **</span><span style="color: #333333">window.</span>

5. From the **Accept/Reject Quotes **<span style="color: #333333">window, you can:</span>
  1. <span style="color: #333333">Click </span><span style="color: #333333">**Select All **</span><span style="color: #333333">to choose all of the quotes. </span>
  2. <span style="color: #333333">Enable each line to select the required quotes.</span>
  3. <span style="color: #333333">Click the </span><span style="color: #333333">**Pencil**</span><span style="color: #333333"> icon to open up a specific quote's </span><span style="color: #333333">**Accept Quote**</span><span style="color: #333333"> window. </span>
6. Click **Accept/Reject Selected** once the required quotes are selected to open the **Accept/Reject Quote(s) **window.
7. From the **Process **drop-down menu, select **Accept Quote(s) **or **Reject Quote(s)**
  1. When **Accept Quote(s) **is selected, update any other required information, such as the **Despatch Method**, to be applied to all the quotes.
  2. When **Reject Quote(s) **is selected, from the **Void Reason** drop-down menu, select a reason why the quotes are rejected.
8. Click **Save **to accept or reject the quotes. They will be removed from the **Accept/Reject Quote(s) **window, when completed click **Close.**

> ℹ️ The **Process** option defaults to **Accept Quote(s).**
