# Overview

You can print a quote for customer review and then convert it to an order once accepted.

## Print a Quote

1. Click the **Frameworks Menu** and navigate to **Sales > Transaction Processing > Sales Orders** from the navigation tree.
2. In the **Customer** field, start typing the customer's name or ID and select the customer from the list of suggestions. Alternatively, click the **Search** icon to open the **Customer Finder** window and search for a customer.
3. Click **Find** to display all sales orders and quotes for the customer.
4. Click the relevant **Quote** hyperlink to open the quote details.
5. From the **Actions **menu, select **Print Options >** **Print Quote** to open the output dialog window.
6. From the **Output Type** drop-down menu, select your preferred output method (Print, Email, or Preview).
7. Complete the required details based on your selected output type.
8. Click **OK** to send or print the quote.

The quote is now ready to be accepted by the customer.

## Accept a Quote

Once you have been advised by the customer that they has accepted the quote, perform the following:

1. Click the **Frameworks Menu** and navigate to **Sales > Transaction Processing > Sales Orders** from the navigation tree.
2. In the **Customer** field, start typing the customer's name or ID and select the customer from the list of suggestions. Alternatively, click the **Search** icon to open the **Customer Finder** window and search for a customer.
3. Click **Find** to display all sales orders and quotes for the customer.
4. Click the relevant **Quote** hyperlink to open the quote details.
5. From the **Actions **menu, select **Accept Quote** to open the quote acceptance window.
6. From the **Desp. Method** drop-down menu, select the relevant despatch method code.
7. Click **OK** to convert the quote to an order.

The quote has been converted to a sales order and is ready to be processed.
