If at any time you need to adjust the time logged towards a work order by a specific labourer, you can do so within [Time Sheet Entry](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28388398). Simply enter a positive value to add hours and a negative value to remove hours.

> ⚠️ Adjustments cannot be made to timesheet entries that were imported via the [Time Sheet Export / Import](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/785612801) utility with the **Complete** field set to **Y**, as those entries are locked after import.

## How to Adjust Work Order Time Logs

To adjust work order time logs, complete the following:

1. Click the **Frameworks Menu** and navigate to **WorkOrders** > **Time Sheet Entry** from the navigation tree.
2. Click **Enter Adjustments** to open the **Time Adjustment** window.

3. Complete the following information:
  - Enter the **Work Order No.** or click the **Search** icon.
  - In the **User** field, enter the user ID or click the **Search** icon.
  - The **Role** field auto-populates based on the **User**. If necessary, click the **Search** icon to change it.
  - Enter the **Start Date** or click the **Calendar** icon.
  - In the **Hours Worked** field, enter a positive value to add hours and a negative value to remove them.
  - If necessary, add a **Comment**.
  - Enable the **Completed** checkbox if the adjustment has been verified.

> ⚠️ The time adjustment can only be entered against an open work order.

4. Click **Save** to add the adjustment to the work order.
