Stock movements show the transaction history for a product, including sales, purchases, adjustments and transfers. Use this procedure to track product activity and investigate stock level changes.

> 📝 - Access to the Stock Movements enquiry screen
> 📝 - Product code or name to search for
> 📝 - Date range for the movements you want to review (optional)

## Steps

1. Click the **Frameworks Menu** and navigate to **Inventory > Enquiries > Stock Movements**.
2. In the **Product** field, enter the product code or name and select from the results.
3. In the **Branch** field, select the branch you want to review (or leave blank for all branches).
4. In the **From Date** field, enter the start date for the movements you want to review (or leave blank for all movements).
5. Click **Find** to display the stock movements for the selected product.
6. Click the **reference number** hyperlink in the results grid to view full transaction details in the right panel.
7. Click **Transaction Details** to open the original transaction record if required.

## Result

The Stock Movements screen displays all transactions that have affected the product's stock levels within the specified date range. The details panel shows movement quantities, transaction types and any length-specific information for timber products.
