| Click the **Report Category List** > Macro (inline-media-image)

 icon from the top middle section of the Frameworks screen. |
| Expand the **General Ledger** section to view all of the reports available for the category. |
| Click **Balance Sheet Std**. The **Report Runner** window is then displayed. |
| Select **PDF** as the **Output Type**. |
| Type the Company Number into the **Company** field. The > Macro (inline-media-image)

 button is available to search from. |
| Select the **Financial Year** from the corresponding drop down arrow > Macro (inline-media-image)

| Select the **Month** from the corresponding drop down arrow > Macro (inline-media-image)

| Click **Run Report**. The dialog window will then close and the report will run in the background. |
| Once the report has run you will receive a notification in Frameworks. Clicking on the notification will open the PDF in your browser. |
