| Click the **Report Category List** > Macro (inline-media-image)

 icon from the top middle section of the Frameworks screen. |
| Expand the **Receivables** section to view all of the reports available for the category. |
| Click **Debtors Aged Trial Balance**. The **Report Runner** window is then displayed. |
| Select **PDF** as the **Output Type**. |
| Type the Company Number into the **Company** field. The > Macro (inline-media-image)

 button is available to search from. |
| Select whether or not to include customers with a balance of zero dollars from the **Include Zero Balance Customers** drop down arrow > Macro (inline-media-image)

| Select the **Minimum Age Outstanding** from the corresponding drop down arrow > Macro (inline-media-image)
