## <span style="color: #003366">Create a new Discount Group</span>

| **Step** | **Task** |
| --- | --- |
| 1 | Click > Macro (inline-media-image)

 then type **Discount Groups **or navigate to **System Administration** - **System Tables** - **Discount Groups**. |
| 2 | Click > Macro (inline-media-image)

 to create a new discount group. |
| 3 | Enter a unique discount ID/code. Enter a description for the discount group. |
| 4 | Click > Macro (inline-media-image)

.<br>This discount group will now be available within **Discount Module Maintenance **to use. |

<span style="color: #003366">Maintaining Discount Group Pricing</span>

| **Step** | **Task** |
| --- | --- |
| 1 | Click > Macro (inline-media-image)

 then type **Discount Module Maintenance** or navigate to** Special Pricing - Maintenance - Discount Module Maintenance.** |
| 2 | Click "Find" to display a list of all available discount groups, or use the search box to filter your search results. |
| 3 | Click on the **Discount Group** ID hyperlink to load the discount module data for the discount group on the right side of the screen.<br>If this is a new discount group then there will be no module data to display. |
| 4 | Click > Macro (inline-media-image)

 to starting adding discount modules. By default the **line # **will default to the next available number. |
| 5 | Enter a **Product Group** or use the search icon to find and select a product group.<br>You can further refine the discount module pricing further by optionally enter product sub group/s. |
| 6 | Enter either a GP% discount or a discount %. |
| 7 | Click > Macro (inline-media-image)

## <span style="color: #003366">Deleting a Discount Module</span>

| **Step** | **Task** |
| --- | --- |
| 1 | Click > Macro (inline-media-image)

 then type **Discount Module Maintenance**. |
| 2 | Click on the **Discount Group** ID hyperlink to load the discount module data for the discount group on the right side of the screen. |
| 3 | Select the discount line you wish to remove from the Discount Group, then click > Macro (inline-media-image)

| 4 | Click > Macro (inline-media-image)

 once all lines have been removed. |
