Use the Price Enquiry screen to view pricing for a specific product at a specific branch, optionally filtered by customer or discount group.

> 📝 - Product exists in the system
> 📝 - Branch is configured with product pricing
> 📝 - (Optional) Customer account exists if checking customer-specific pricing
> 📝 - (Optional) Discount group exists if checking discount group pricing

## Steps

1. Access the **Price Enquiry** screen using one of these methods:
  - Navigate to **Inventory > Enquiries > Price Enquiry** using the **Frameworks Menu**.
  - Click **Price Enquiry** from the **Actions** section on the **Product Dashboard**.
  - Click **Price Enquiry** from the **Product Details** section after selecting a product.
2. Enter the product to search:
  - If you know the product code, enter it in the **Product ID** field.
  - If you need to search, click the **Search** button to open the **Product Finder** window. Enter search criteria, click **Find**, then select the **Product** hyperlink from results.
3. From the **Branch ID** drop-down menu, select the branch to view branch-specific pricing.
4. (Optional) Filter by customer:
  - In the **Customer ID** field, enter the customer code.
  - Or click the **Search** button to open the **Customer Finder** window.
5. (Optional) From the **Discount Group ID** drop-down menu, select a discount group to view discount group pricing.
6. Click **Find** to display the pricing results matching your search criteria.

## Result

The Price Enquiry screen displays the pricing information for the selected product at the selected branch.

If you entered a customer or discount group, the results show the customer-specific or discount group pricing. The effective price displays based on the criteria you specified.
