# Overview

Notifications in Frameworks help you stay informed about important system activities and user actions. The **Notifications** section displays three types of notifications:

- **Diary note notifications**: Created by users for reminders and follow-ups
- **Report notifications**: System-generated alerts about report completion or errors
- **Workflow activity notifications**: System-generated updates on workflow processes

You can manage these notifications by acknowledging them individually or in bulk to keep your notification list organised.

## Acknowledging Individual Notifications

To acknowledge specific notifications one at a time:

1. Tick the checkbox next to each notification you want to acknowledge.
2. Click **Acknowledge Selected**.

The selected notifications will be removed from your active notification list.

## Acknowledging All Notifications

To acknowledge all notifications at once:

1. Click **Select All** to select all visible notifications.
2. Click **Acknowledge Selected**.

All notifications will be removed from your active notification list.
