This also works on other green buttons, such as the Finish Sale button in POS. Ctrl+F Will launch a Finder screen from inside a field that has a Lookup icon attached to it. TAB Navigate between fields using the key Point Of Sale In Point Of Sale , you are also to use the Alt key followed by a character to quickly move between fields: Shortcut Description Alt+m Takes you to the Customer field. Alt+p Takes you to the Product field. Alt+r Takes you to the Unit Price field. Alt+i Takes you to the Disc % field Sales Order Processing In Sales Order Processing , you are also to use the Alt key followed by a character to quickly move between fields: Shortcut Description Alt+a then < Enter > Opens up the Actions menu wherever the mouse is on the screen. Alt+c Opens up a Customer Maintenance screen so the user can create a new customer, which is then assigned to the Customer ID field on a New Sales Order In Sales Orders , the following characters can be used when searching for Sales Orders. Character Description ? Represents any single character. For example, 4? < Show me anything that is less than the value I enter. For example, <10. > Show me anything that is greater than the value I enter. For example, >10. * Represent one or more other characters. For example, 4*6.
