Once a quote has been created you will then be taken to the [Sales Order Maintenance](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28408932) screen to continue with the quote. The next step is to add the products to your quote.

> ⚠️ Each required product to be quoted is entered via the Product field in the 'Order Lines' tab.

1. In the **Product **field enter the product id, scan the product or search for the product to be added to the sale.
  1. The **Description **(displayed below the product field), **Quantity **(defaults to 1), **UOM**, **Unit Price** and **Disc %** (defaults to 0) are automatically populated.
    1. For Tally products in the **Tally** field enter the **Tally qty / length**, for example, 5/3.1,10/4.2, 6/5.1. The system will validate and translate to a timber tally and total LM for the timber product.
  2. Edit the fields as required.
  3. Click the **Check** icon or press **Enter** to add the product to the sale.

> ℹ️ - Edit a product line by clicking the **Edit** icon at the end of the appropriate product line.
> ℹ️ - Delete a product from the sale by clicking the **Close** icon at the end of the appropriate product line.

> ⚠️ You will be notified **There is currently insufficient stock to fill this line** if the quantity entered exceeds the current Stock on Hand (SOH) and products on existing pre-paid stock orders.
