## 4. Bulk Import via Time Sheet Export / Import

You can create multiple timesheet entries at once by preparing a CSV file and uploading it via the **Time Sheet Export / Import** utility. This method is suited to situations where timesheet data for multiple users or work orders needs to be loaded in bulk rather than entered manually.

> ⚠️ Entries imported with the **Complete** field set to **Y** cannot be edited or deleted after import. Entries imported with **Complete** set to **N** can be maintained via the **Time Sheet Entry** screen after import.
