> ℹ️ To add components to your Job/Order, perform the following:
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ 1. From the hamburger menu go to **Production Scheduling** - **Transaction Processing** - **Process Management**.
> ℹ️ 2. Select the Quote/Order task by clicking on the hyperlink in the calendar and click on the
> ℹ️   button.
> ℹ️ 3. To add a component click
> ℹ️   .
> ℹ️

> ℹ️ 4. <Tab> through the fields to enter the required data. Enter the **Code** or use the search icon to locate the required product. Based on the code entered the **UOM** and **Unit Cost** fields will be automatically populated for you:

> ℹ️ 5. Enter the required Quantity in the **Qty** field, this will update the **Total **cost field.
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ As each line is entered the Estimated costs will automatically be calculated based on the component entered plus overheads (as per the rates defined under [Plant Maintenance](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28407164)):

> ℹ️ 6. Press "Save" once all component lines have been entered.

> ℹ️ To remove a product/component from the componentry list, perform the following:

> ℹ️ 1. Click on the line you wish to delete, then click the "Remove" button.
> ℹ️ 2. To remove ALL component lines from the Order/Job click the "Clear Componentry" button.
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ ### Importing Componentry Files
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ Users can also import files from Multinail, Mitek, Pryda, and via a generic .csv file import to mass add components to the task/s.
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ To import a componentry file, perform the following:
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ 1. From the **Process Management** dashboard select the required Quote/Order task and click the "Production" button.
> ℹ️ 2. In the **Production Details** screen select the import type from the **Import From** drop down available options:

> ℹ️ 3. Then click the "Import" button.

> ℹ️ 4. Select the file you wish to import from your computer, and click "Upload".

> ℹ️ 5. Ensure the correct details have imported into the Componentry section of the Production Details screen. Review and amend as required (refer to [Maintaining Componentry](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CO/pages/30508978/Process+Management+-+Componentry#ProcessManagement-Componentry-maincomp) above).

> ℹ️ 6. Press "Save" once you are happy with the added components.

> ℹ️ :info: As per [estimating calculated costs](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CO/pages/30508978/Process+Management+-+Componentry#ProcessManagement-Componentry-calculate) above, when importing componentry and setting the labour and overheads values;
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ - If transaction is a quote, the plant cost multiplier comes from the qty against the estimating task.
> ℹ️ - If transaction is an order, the plant cost multiplier comes from the qty against the manufacturing task.
