| 1 | Click the > Macro (inline-media-image)

icon at the top of the Frameworks Home page to:<br>> ℹ️ - View and select recently selected Products.
> ℹ️ - Perform Basic and Advanced Product Searching.
> ℹ️ - Perform other actions (configured based on your implementation of Frameworks). |
| 2 | If the *Product ID* is already known, type it into the **Search **field, then click **Find **OR click **Find **to search for all products.<br>Optionally, search by the partial Product ID or partial Product Description in the **Search** field, then press <Enter> or click **Find**.<br>Optionally, search for products at a particular branch by selecting the relevant *Branch *via the drop-down arrow in the **Branch** field or search for products in stock only by enabling **Stocked Only**. |
| The following are all options available to you for the product you have selected from within the Product Dashboard |
| 3 | Click **Product Details** to display product details including stock on hand/consignment, retail, customer & discount pricing, (GST inc and exc), preferred Suppliers etc.<br>1. Click **Stock Movements** to view stock movements for the product at this branch.
2. Click **Price Inquiry** to look up product prices or the product price for a specific customer.
3. Click **Pack Inquiry** to enquire on packs for this product, usually a timber product. |
| 4 | Click** Product Information** to display additional product information.<br>1. 
  1. Click **Product Information** to view product information.
  2. Click **Datasheet** to view any attached product datasheet/s.
  3. Click **Diary Notes** to view and create product diary notes.
    1. Click **New Diary Note** to create a new Product Diary Note.
  4. Click **Hazardous Goods** to view any product hazardous goods information.
  5. Click **Attributes** to view any product attributes.
    1. Click **Maintain **to maintain existing attribute/s for the selected product.
  6. Click **Pending Prices **to view any product future price changes. |
| 5 | Click** Surcharges **to display length and other surcharge information including the list of valid lengths and their prices for length tally products such as timber. |
| 6 | Click **Discounts** to display pricing information for discount groups set up including customer volume discount percentages.<br>1. Click **Product Discounts** to view discounts that apply to customer discount groups.
2. Click **Product Volume Discounts** to view discounts that apply to volume buys of the product. |
| 7 | Click** Branch Stocks** to display basic stock information including Supplier consignment stock a branch has for each branch the user is authorised to access.<br>> ℹ️ Click the **Branch Name** link to view further detailed stock information for that particular branch including: Availability, Stock By Length, Reorder Levels, Product Stocktake, Locations, Customer Orders, Purchase Orders, Stock Receipts, Quotations, Factory Orders & Allocations, Requisitions. |
| 8 | Click **Cost Prices** to display various cost prices.<br>1. Click **All Costs** to view a summary of all cost price information.
2. Click **Foreign Costs** to view cost information for a product that is imported (if applicable).
3. Click **Landed Cost** to view the landed cost along with wastage applied to arrive at a product nett cost.
4. Click **Branch Costs** to view branch costs & gross profit information.
5. Click **Supplier Costs** to view preferred or alternate Supplier costs (if you have the correct settings) .
6. Click **Standard Costs** to view standard cost & gross profit information. |
| 9 | Click **Sales History** to display the sales history of the product at the user's branch for the past three years.<br>1. Click **History** to view a table of 3 calendar years of product sales history data by month.
2. Click **Sales Chart** to view a chart of 3 calendar years worth of product sales history |
| 10 | Click **Suppliers **to display Supplier pricing for the product along with the Supplier's catalogue number and barcode.<br>> ℹ️ The information for the preferred (highlighted) Supplier is displayed. Click another Supplier to view information for that Supplier. |
| 11 | Click **Contracts/Promotions** to display any current contracts and promotions that the selected product has been included in. |
