This process explains how to create a new pack in Frameworks. This was known as Pre-Define New Pack. Overview Once you have ordered Timber Packs from your supplier, to ensure your inventory and accounts are correct you will need to add the timber pack into Frameworks via Pack Maintenance. This process explains how to create a new pack in Frameworks. This was known as Pre-Define New Pack. Any pack entered into the system through this option is considered to be  In Transit  and may not be allocated to a Customer Order until it is received to stock. Refer to  Commit Packs to Stock  to receive a pack into stock. How to add a new Timber Pack Click   then navigate to  Timber Packs > Pack Maintenance  from the navigation tree. Click the   button in the bottom of the screen Enter in the required  Pack Header  information Once the header information is added click on the   button to add the required timber product details to the pack. To remove a line, select the product line and click on the  Remove  button. Click on   to add the pack to Frameworks.  Copying an existing Timber Pack  As well add adding a new Timber Pack you can also  Copy  an existing timber pack and all of its information. This is helpful if you have ordered a number of Timber Packs from a supplier on the same invoice. To copy a timber pack, perform the following: From within the  Pack Maintenance  window search and select the  Pack No.  that you wish to copy. In the bottom of the screen click on the   button. The  Pack Number  will update to the next available number. Edit any fields as required. Click on the    button to add the pack to Frameworks
