> ℹ️ To tender a payment using a Farmlands card, from the home **Dashboard** perform the following:
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ 1. Click > Macro (inline-media-image)
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️  then type **Point Of Sale** (or select **Point Of Sale** from within the **Sales - Transaction Processing **navigation tree).
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ <span style="color: #333333">2. Process the cash or account sale. > ℹ️ 3. Click > Macro (inline-media-image)

> ℹ️  to process the sale. The tendering options are displayed.

> ℹ️ 4. Select the **Farmlands** option from the > Macro (inline-media-image)

> ℹ️  button.

> ℹ️ 6. For any transactions over $5,000, you must get authorisation over the phone from Farmlands. If Farmlands authorise the transaction, type the authorisation number into the **Authorisation** field.
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ 7. Type the **Member Name** and the **Member Number** (the first number is a **9** followed by 8 additional numbers) as it appears on the card.

> ℹ️ 8. Click > Macro (inline-media-image)
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️  to complete the transaction. A message "Generating output file" may be displayed.
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ 9. Swipe the card via the EFTPOS machine to complete the sale. For transactions authorised over the phone, there is no need to swipe the card via the EFTPOS device as they are already authorised by Farmlands.

> ℹ️ 10. Once the sale has been processed, if you re-enter the sale, the > Macro (inline-media-image)

> ℹ️  tab displays the Farmlands card details.
