Print and email a professionally formatted brochure-style quote from a sales quote using customised brochure templates.

> 📝 - Sales quote created in the system
> 📝 - Brochure templates configured (see [Configure Brochure Templates](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28408952))
> 📝 - Appropriate user permissions to print sales quotes

## Steps

1. Navigate to **Sales > Transaction Processing > Sales Orders**.
2. Open the sales quote you want to print as a brochure.
3. Click the **Actions** button.
4. Select **Print Options** then click **Print Brochure** from the drop-down menu.
5. In the **Output Dialog** window, from the **Output Type** drop-down menu, select the required output format (Print, E-mail, or PDF).
6. From the **Brochure Type** drop-down menu, select the required brochure template. If no brochure type is selected, the default brochure template will be used.
7. Click **OK** to print the brochure style quote.

## Result

The system generates the quote using the selected brochure template format. The quote displays in the chosen output format (printed, emailed, or saved as PDF) with the brochure styling applied.
