It's been a year of growth, connection, and achievement for our Australia-New Zealand team, and I'm pleased to share some highlights with you.

## Staying Connected with Our Community 

Throughout the year, we made it a priority to connect with you face-to-face. We participated in multiple industry events and hosted our own Frameworks Partner Forums in Melbourne, Auckland, and on the Gold Coast. These gatherings gave us valuable opportunities to learn from you, share insights, and strengthen our partnership. 

Behind the scenes, we've been working to make doing business with us easier—implementing DocuSign for faster contract processing, leveraging AI to improve our sales and support processes, and refining how we support our customer base across the region. 

## Bringing New Customers Live 

Our implementation team had a productive year, successfully launching 15 new customers across 40 locations throughout Australia and New Zealand. Currently, we are working on multiple projects to ensure more successful Go Lives in Q1 of 2026. 

## Supporting Your Success 

Our Customer Success team completed over 150 service projects this year, helping you get more value from your Frameworks investment. This included migrating customers to our AWS cloud infrastructure for improved reliability and performance and implementing multiple Trade Portal solutions to enhance your online capabilities. We also delivered over 100 customized service projects, demonstrating our commitment to adapting to your unique needs.
