# New Look and Structure

To improve accessibility and organisation, we've restructured our Release Notes by grouping updates by their year of release in the navigation tree. This means you can quickly locate releases from a specific timeframe, streamlining your search for relevant updates.

Once you open a Release Notes page, you'll notice a significant shift from the previous table format to a more detailed, list-based structure. This change allows us to provide richer context and deeper insights into each development, making it easier to understand the impact of changes on your workflow.

> ℹ️ For users who prefer offline access or data filtering, we’ve retained the option to download the **.CSV file**, ensuring you can continue working with the data in a format that suits you.

> ✅ **Tip:** Need to locate a specific development ID quickly? Use your browser’s search function by pressing **Ctrl + F** and entering the ID, Organisation or a keyword to find relevant details instantly.

## The Overview Section

Each Release Notes page now begins with an **Overview**, designed to provide an informative summary of the key developments included in the release. This helps you quickly grasp the most important changes without having to sift through detailed notes.

### **🟢 **Release Testing Recommendations

We've also enhanced our **Release Testing Recommendations** to ensure a smoother update process. This section includes:

- A **download link** for the Release Notes export, so you can store or share the information easily.
- A list of **recommended developments to test**, now marked with a **🟢 icon** for easy identification (previously highlighted in green).

### 💡Developments from the Ideas Portal.

Features and developments that originated from customer requests in the **AHA Ideas Portal**, now marked with a **💡 icon**, helping you see which updates were directly influenced by user feedback.

### 🎞️ ** **Frameworks Feature Videos

When available, links to **Frameworks Feature Videos**, such as the [Frameworks Version 6.1.250131.1 showcase](https://vimeo.com/showcase/11594257?share=copy), created by our experts to walk you through major new features and enhancements.

This section ensures you have all the necessary resources to assess updates, test features effectively, and stay ahead of any changes that may impact your workflows.

## The Release Notes Section

Directly below the Overview, you’ll find the **Release Notes** (or **changelog details**) for each release. These notes are structured in a user-friendly way, making it easier to navigate and understand the updates at a glance.

To help you find the information you need faster, Release Notes are now grouped by **Frameworks module or function**, ensuring that updates relevant to your area of work are clearly categorised. Additionally, the **On this page **menu at the top right of the page allows for quick navigation to specific sections.

> 📝 **Note:** As our development team increasingly adopts Agile methodologies, more detailed and meaningful information is being shared within teams. We are committed to ensuring that this enriched data is also passed on to you, providing deeper insights into each update.

Each release note follows a **consistent format**, ensuring clarity and completeness:

- **Summarised Title:** A clear and concise title that immediately identifies the development.
- **Brief Description:**
  - Written in straightforward, user-friendly language.
  - Highlights key benefits, improvements, or bug fixes.
  - Avoids unnecessary technical jargon unless required for precision.
- **Additional Details:**
  - Any **Flags or Feature Codes** relevant to the development, ensuring you know if special configurations are required.
  - If the development was raised by a specific organisation, we display the **organisation’s name** so that businesses can quickly identify updates that may be directly relevant to them.
  - Any **linked support request IDs** and **internal development IDs** for reference, making it easier to track related issues.
  - Direct links to relevant [Frameworks Knowledgebase](https://kb.myframeworks.com.au/space/FRAM) documentation, so you can access additional details as soon as they become available.

This structured approach ensures that every update is presented in a way that maximises usability, making it simple for you to stay informed and take action where needed.
