As we come to the close of 2024, I want to take a moment to reflect on our journey and achievements this year. It has been a year of significant growth, change, and progress for DMSi, and I am incredibly proud of what we have accomplished together.

## Year in Review

This year, we welcomed several new members to our team, including Sean Danter, Hope Marchira, Marcin Nitka, Caitlin Mclennan, Anna Lauras, Coren Morillo, Fariha Tafsil, Jim Papanikolaou, Daniel Hackier, Ema Suncic, and Wes Penny. Their contributions have been invaluable, and I am excited to see how they will continue to grow with us

We have also seen substantial development and alignment across the business, with changes in local and global leadership, the adoption of Agile methodology, and the creation of new support and documentation teams. These changes have set the stage for a more efficient and cohesive organization

## Milestones

I would like to recognize the significant milestones of some of our team members. Bernie Pannell and Warren Castles have been with us for 27 years, Chris Johnston for 24 years, and Greg Thomas for 21 years. Their dedication and hard work have been instrumental in our success

## 2024 Recap

This year, we welcomed 15 new customers, added 26 new store locations, totalling over 420 new licenses. Our account management team conducted over 50 onsite visits and hosted hundreds of remote meetings, We attended three trade shows, and held 4 user group meetings which led to our team spending valuable time with our clients.

Our client success team implemented 17 new projects, across 30 locations. Key projects included the completion of the IHG Hudson/Hardings project and the onboarding of Petries Mire 10, both of which were significant achievements for our team.

In client services, we worked on 14 AWS migrations, 13 server migrations, and 14 Prostix to Frameworks transitions. Our support teams resolved over 7500 cases and achieved a 73.3 NPS score.

## Looking Ahead to 2025

As we move into 2025, our focus will be on execution and refinement. We will continue to adapt to new ways of working to ensure we offer top-level service throughout the company. Our goals include a unified product vision, enhanced communication and execution, and a continued commitment to our core values.

Thank you all for your continued support, and willingness to embrace change. I am confident that together, we will achieve even greater success in the coming year.

Wishing you all a happy and prosperous new year!

Best regards,
