# Overview

When using Frameworks as a cloud-hosted customer, all emails sent from the system will originate from the Frameworks Cloud's mail system with the domain @myframeworks.com.au, and NOT your own domain. This is a deliberate practice aligned with industry standards for Cloud Hosted Applications.

Your Frameworks communication will come from the email address: **yourcompanyname-noreply@myframeworks.com.au **

# Why are the Emails Sent Like This?

The reason for this is to enable Sterland, as your hosting provider, to effectively monitor and manage the delivery of emails from Frameworks. If Frameworks used a different domain, we wouldn't have visibility or control over email delivery. Additionally, internal email gateways typically have specific configurations and restrictions to protect your domain from being blacklisted, which may not be suitable for system-generated emails like those sent by Frameworks. Rest assured, as your hosting provider, we take care of these configurations to ensure that emails from Frameworks are reliably delivered.

# What to Consider?

Before making the move to the cloud we recommend that you consider the following.

## 1. Inform your Staff

By communicating these changes to your staff, you empower them to effectively engage with customers and suppliers, providing them with the necessary information and guidance to address any questions that may arise. This ensures a seamless and knowledgeable interaction, enhancing overall customer and supplier satisfaction.

## 2. Inform your Customers

By informing your customers about these changes, you enable them to maintain seamless and efficient communication with your company. All they need to do is update the "To" email address when replying to emails generated by Frameworks, ensuring their messages reach the appropriate recipient smoothly.

> ℹ️ **For Example, **you can include a message within your email communication, such as "Please confirm by return email to [sales@companyname.com.au](mailto:sales@companyname.com.au) or by calling us on...".
